Just moments have passed since the end of the last episode of the first series. Pietro has escaped from the prison van; Genny's boys have been downed in Conte's ambush; and Ciro has shot Genny. The era of the Savastano clan, which once reigned supreme over Naples, seems to be definitively over. A power vacuum, the biggest ever in Camorra history, now yawns like a chasm. The king, Don Pietro Savastano, has abdicated, at least for now. Suddenly and at last, all those left will have their say, their own territories, no longer forced to bow to the tyrannical whims and wills of Don Pietro. Many compete for what was once the Savastano Empire. Beginning with Ciro, "The Immortal", who has immediately begun plotting in the shadows, feeling out alliances old and new, with the aim of finally taking the great leap he has sought for so long. Never before has that goal seemed so within his reach - he can taste it. Then there is Don Salvatore Conte, who is now awaiting an answer from the bosses of the clans once allied with Savastano. Will they form a new coalition of equals, a partnership over which Conte, deploying his power and charisma, would nevertheless go to great lengths to impose his rule? Now only Malamò and a meager band of "soldiers" remain loyal to Pietro, and they're holed up in a handful of safe houses, waiting for his return, faithful unto death. Meanwhile, Don Pietro has fled abroad, instantly becoming Europe's most wanted fugitive. He must try to set his finances in order and put together a new army. And finally, there's Genny. Following a long recovery in hospital, hovering between life and death, Don Pietro's son, regent in his father's absence, witness to the collapse, in a matter of months, of an empire that took twenty years to build - he, too, will be back in the game. Conte, Pietro, Genny and Ciro, four men at the center of a web of bonds that blend blood, love
