During their second year at Greendale Community College, the study group deals with the unraveling of Jeff (Joel McHale) and Britta’s (Gillian Jacobs) turbulent romance and Chang’s (Ken Jeong) maniacal efforts to be included in the group, all the while facing hilarious challenges that include Halloween Zombies, an elusive thieving monkey, the discovery of a secret garden paradise on campus, a Claymation Christmas fantasy and a fake class devised to help a drama professor renege on a promise he made to the dean. Also, when Shirley (Yvette Nicole Brown) confesses to an unplanned pregnancy she unwittingly unleashes a battle over the baby’s paternity. Then the study group is drawn into another cataclysmic end-of-the-school-year paintball war that exposes a rival college’s efforts to destroy Greendale once and for all. Guest stars in Season 2 include Betty White, Hillary Duff, Andy Dick and Malcolm-Jamal Warner.
